Very glad I purchased this as when my tv developed an unfixable problem it was replaced free of charge

While I have not had to use this service yet and hopefully i won't have to. I love knowing that if something goes south with my television they squad will send someone to my house to help fix the problem!

I’ve been super happy with our TV so far. Easy to navigate if you are new to Roku and streaming. Like that I can put the remote on my iPhone too.

Awesome protection now I can rest assure that whatever happens to my electronics that I don’t have to worry because beat buy will have my back!

On larger purchases, almost always purchase the extended warranty. Geek Squad and Best Buy are great to work with, as long as it's all under warranty.

absolutely real good 5 year external warranty right away contact with the customer service and replace my TV for another one I will recommend this warranty for everybody

I have had to use this service a few time to remove virus and debug my computer so it will run at maximum efficiency. The Service that is provided is professional and fast.

The 5 year geek squad protection is a must have as the big flat screen may have some issues in the fourth year or with my luck shortly after the fifth and we can't have that. I may have to extend it just in case.
