I’ve been super happy with our TV so far. Easy to navigate if you are new to Roku and streaming. Like that I can put the remote on my iPhone too.

I always attempt to purchase the Best Buy warranty because I deal directly with them instead of mailing stuff or worse. I purchased it at a reasonable price for 5 years.

Have not had to use it yet, but is a good value. If you divide the price by the 5 yrs (60 months), it’s just a couple of dollars a month for the piece of mind it provides

I always purchased 5 year extended warranty it’s worth it and it gives you peace of mind, had 3 TVs in the future with Horizontal lines and the replace it with a better tv cause the model I bought was no longer.

this tv is great, I now have 4 Samsung tv's, the picture is awesome and the features are easy to use, i love it!

Great service! Had my car stereo installed by these guys! They were very knowledgeable about what other parts were needed as well as the install itself. I would recommend!

The mount was easy to mount and it has held the largest TV I ever owned. I thought mounting it would be hard but actually was very easy and the instruction were easy also.

Hopefully I'll never use this "protection" but makes me "feel good" just in case.....It's all about feeling good....$120.00 to feel good is a bargain.

I think this protection is great to have the first 2 years. Anything can happen within that time frame with a laptop

The plan is okay. I wish it covered more damages. Usually the geek squad member that comes out is super helpful (Kanen). If you get him, you'll have no issues. Another guy broke my tv and I was responsible to pay for it event though I had the plan.

So happy I have not needed this. The Flat Screen I purchased is working well, so I have not need the use of the 5 year standard Geek squad Replacement.

We wanted piece of mind against any defects that may happen with our tv. THE 5 YEAR Geek Squad protection gives us that, plus they will come to the home

I feel great I’m covered for 2 years with any tech product in my home! Geek squad has always been very helpful.

The picture quality is great! The TV is big and looks great above the fireplace!

Purchased the additional protection since who wants to take the TV off the mount and bring to the store? Used it once before and ended up with a new TV of similar price.
