Always best to purchase extended warranty. Have had a couple of TVs in the past due and stuck replacing them. Extended warranty would have saved me.

2 yrs ago, I bought a 65 in Westinghouse and did not get the geek squad. The set had all sorts of problems. It was supposed to have in home warranty but Westinghouse wouldn’t honor it. I did not purchase the geek squad for that set so this time i am not taking any chances

Had to have Geek Squad come out to help hook up the new Smart TV wth Cable and Samsun Soundbar, turns out everthing was hooked up wrong and now everything works with the Cable remote. Glad I bought coverage.

Bought this for a TV that the kids will use and will probably need a repair down the line. Geek Squad always does a good job repairing, replacing or reimbursing.

I always get Geek squad protection for all of my electronics from Best Buy. It's hassle free to exchange things.

I didn't keep the TV so I was refunded, and it went to the next TV I bought. Oh, I would suggest getting the 2 yr protection plan, it's cheaper than the 5 yr plan and when its time to renew, it is MUCH cheaper!

Havent used them yet, hopefully I never have to use them.

Will see if they stand by their warranty in five years

The warranty of the Best Buy store is good. Is the best.

Really enjoy the protection provided by geek squad it makes it nice knowing that if my electronics give me issues I’m not out the money to replace them.
