Always buy the extended warranty. It is a sense of security that will ease your mind when and if you ever have trouble with your items.

Wasn't going to purchase at first but the employee told me the benefits and it wasn't expensive and worth the ease of mind. Hopefully i wont need to use it though

best buy offers an additional protection for things that you buy at a reasonable price, and will take care of any problems that arise quickly

The Geek Squad protection plan is a no brainer, when compared to other retailers like WalMart. Although WalMart provides an extended warranty, they often make it difficult to replace or return your item.

Have not had to use this service. However, speaking with them on ither issues super easy.

Purchased this along my with a TV. It's great to have just in case something happens. Lots of reasons they will fix and or replace. Lost a great TV to a lightning storm. Don't want that again!

Professional wall installation with tilt,up and down,swivel...extremely secure! Hooked up all my goodies set up remotes explaining everything...Fantastic

Anytime I purchase a large ticket item from Best Buy. I will always purchase the warranty. The replacement options are great and give the consumer comfort in knowing there purchase is secure.

I get geek squad protection plan on most of my products and had to use in several of them. Great service if it cannot be fixed they replaced the product.
