So far, so good. Came out once already, did fine !!

We had an issue trying to figure out how to work our new tv. We called and the tech talked us through the issue. It was so easy!

I was told the squad protection expired in Nov of 2020. They charged us for services about 2 weeks later which in reality we still had another year on our coverage. Good work except for charges still in protection .
