The t.v. works great happy with my purchase one of the best television I have ever bought and the installation is amazing

I love the fact if anything goes wrong or breaks the geek squad is there to help me anf make sure its fixed.

I always get warranty on big purchases. Best Buy makes it easy to fix, repair, or replace my products. This gives me confidence that my TV will be covered until 2021.

Bought this “just in case” for the 86” TV I purchased. Best Buy always has the best service.

If the item covered breaks BB will fix it and you will receive it repaired at no cost.

Got this extra coverage for our LG CX. Best Buy warrantee is the ONLY warrantee that covers burn-in on oleds!

It’s worth it because you never what can happen so I recommend to get it just to be safe.

Glad that I could get a 5 year warranty but keep in mind it’s really 4years because warranty starts with manufacture warranty

Last time I got help my geek squad was year ago with my phone. 2019 I bought a tv, team member was being helpful n friendly

I purchase this with every electronic purchase and they have yet to disappoint. It serves its intended purpose.

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

If I’m spending a lot on a TV might as well and purchased the insurance to have peace in mind for the five years
