The agent explained how my tv works, programmed my cable box to the mfg remote, programmed my cable box remote to the tv.

i HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE IT BUT IF I NEED IT I KNOW FOR AT LEAST 5-YRS. I'LL HAVE PROTECTION.

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

If you don't get the protection you will regret it

I purchased this protection plan from Best Buy and I didnt use it, however it's always best to insure your merchandise!

Peace of mind on the expensive buy with Bestbuy protection! Geek Squad did excellent job to install my TV.

I always purchase warrantys with all my purchases. Best Buy has the best in the business and I like the piece of mind I get when I buy them for my products

BEst buy has then best protection plans ever. I do not buy electronics anywhere else

The 39" HDTV is wonderful. The picture is very crisp and clear. I am very happy with it. I would recommend it highly. It was also easy to set up, so I could do it myself.

I have not had to use this yet and hope I don't but I feel much better with it. The price was a bit steep but the benefits of having it far outweighed the cost.

Have had to have the Geek squad’s advice in the past, they’re a great resource. Glad to have the protection for our new TV.

The agents mounted the tv and made sure all components were hooked up and working and I was familiar with new remote

It is good to know the tv is covered for 5 years at a very cheap price. Geek Squad warrantee is a lot better than having to mail in tv for repair..

Thier warranty are really great and easy to claim on
