Thankfully haven't needed, but for a few extra bucks, it's better than buying the product twice.

Purchasing Geek Squad for today's TVs is almost a must with the amount of technology they have in them. Geek Squad will cover from must failures that are not covered from the manufacture.

Little bit of a headache problem with the logistics side of getting everything set up to repair my tv, but ultimately the repairman was extremely nice very flexible and was able to help me get my TV fixed.

Great customer service and good product the department had.

Best Warranty in the business! HIGHLY recommend! I would not buy a new TV without this warranty. They will be with you when you need them.

Haven’t had to use it, but it’s nice that it was available so in case something might happen my tv could be covered.

I've used this service for one of my products and I wasn't pleased with the turn around time. The flipside is that my product was fixed and working properly upon it's return.

i purschaed geek squd pertection so i dont have to worry about my products, , i recomend evey one to by pertection for there items

No idea yet - this is the 5 year Geek Squad Warranty. Significantly pricier than alternatives. Hope I never need to use it.

I have taken my computers in to the geek squad a few times and the service has been great. I have also used the remote geek squad service with the same great customer service.

I havent had to use it yet but I have my faith in the service

Amazing TV and any app you need is in there. Quality is good andy going from one app to another is pretty quick.

Good tv for the price. Only issue is a few times I’ve turned the tv on and the volume doesn’t work. I have to shut down tv and wait a little while for it to work again
