    In haven't used them but my mothers roku tv busted and due to the damage was internal the warranty was no good. I wish I didn't purchase this but in didnt find out until three weeks after purchase when her tv messed up.

    Bought it for my TV, knowing that I have 5 year warranty is nice. Would definitely recommend if you are purchasing and expensive equipment.

    I buy extended warranties because I don't want to deal with the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor, get the extended warranty and have peace of mind.

    Although I have not had to use this yet....and hopefully not ever, I was kinda disappointed at purchase time. I expected some papers describing where and who to contact - at least an email. If I ever have to use it, I will need to chase down the paperwork. Overall did not get a warm-fuzzy on this service.
