Bought this for tv since it covers moisture damage as I plan to use to in porch area. Worth the money.

Had issues with sound on new TV and Geek Squad came to the house and turned out to be settings on Directv so technician changed and then even showed me some neat features of the new TV didn't even know were there.

So far so good. It is good knowing that you have backup, but even better if you do not have to use it.

I always buy the extra protection from Best Buy when I purchase a tv. It’s never failed me and a piece of mind to have.

Due to the price of my new TV I purchased this protection. My last TV was shorted out due to a power outage. So far I haven’t had to use it.

Worth every penny. My tv had a pixel problem and was swapped out for another. I gave 4 stars because I couldn’t get the same tv Samsung and was forced to get an LG.

I really like the protection plans that Best Buy has. The service is reliable and in a timely manner.

but my last TV died with no warning and was about 5 years old. With the manufacturer warranty of one year, this provides peace of mind.

I alw as ys buy geek squad warranties with my appliances and tech. It's worth its weight in gold.

With Best Buy store nearby to us and qualified Techs, I not worried for 5 years now about this TV warranty, instead of going for Samsung Warranty

Definitely purchased this to go along with the 55" TV. who wants to hang on to a big box and then ship it. They come to your house and fix it. No brainer.

I wouldnt go without geek squad. It comes in handy so msny times when i couldnt fix or figure out somethung
