You never if your product will just randomly fail on you. just buy the warranty to be safe than sorry.

We always purchase extended warranty when purchasing from Best Buy. They are great

When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.

Bought this just for piece of mind in case the tv would have some kind of problem. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it!

The program is always a good investment on buying things Unfortunately they only give you 15 days sometime too pay it off where I really do believe it should be at least one month otherwise they do what they need

I have not had to use the protection and I am grateful for that, but it is very comforting to know that it is there if it is ever needed.

Everything I purchase i always make sure the Geek squad installed and add Geek Squad warranty.

I had a problem with my new TV and sound bar and the geek squad came to the rescue. he figured out the problem and resolved it within 15 minutes
