    Paid for service plan - got a dead pixel - got an upgraded TV for the same price as the old. Bought the plan again on the new TV. It really works!

    Has severe limitations. Read all of the details first. Too many loopholes for Best Buy to get out of it if you don't have an excellent understanding of ALL the rules. Buyer Beware

    You know they don't build tv s like they used to glad I got this plan it paid for itself when I made a claim. Claim was quick and easy to make a claim
