I have always trusted the Geek squad for all my computer issues be it a question or custom install or upgrade. They always come thru!

Having called about a problem with new tv purchase and being told I would be charged for something not working that I purchased the 5 year extended warranty for. Was also told I would need to bring it in for repair. It's a 49 inch tv which is supposed to be covered for in home service. I had to contact support to get resolved. I'm giving a recommend, but with reservations.

I’ve never had any issues with the insurance. So I get it very often.

if your product fails they will take care of you - don't have to worry about finding a place to take it or fight with the manufacturer. worth the money.

@ Was easy to contact for assistance with computer for use. Pull up was easy employee loaded my car.

I mean, you buy a warranty in the hopes that you never have to use it, but if you do need it and don't have it; it's gonna be a bad time.

Good old geek squad protection! Mostly am pleased with the support at best buy locations. Of course, it can vary from store to store, like any business. No support network is perfect, but it is nice to have this to backup your devices!

Got it for a 65'' OLED. My last TV lasted 10 years and I used the warranty service once or twice. I hope this one will last 10 years as well!

Geek Squad protection is a must have to secure your item of mishaps and or manufacture defects. You can’t go wrong with having it.

Geek squad protection goes a long way. Hopefully i'll never have to use it.
