Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

Great Tv. Works great and has good access to channels and connections with my phone

Once Again, Best Buy honered the extended warranty that I purchased with an electronic item I recently bought.

Just nice to know I have the protection plan. Why spend thousands of dollars and risk not getting an extended warranty

The Geek Squad did not install my tv. Have not needed the Geek Squad’s services, yet. Purchased coverage as protection of a $1500 tv purchased 10/29/2021.

I always buy Geek Squad Protection. Have used it in the past with excellent customer service.

2 years protection not expensive at all great for if you have little ones

As always, Bestbuy has the best protection plan and a must when spending money on expensive items.
