This is always a smart service. They've always fixed or replaced my products if had issues or even I just needed help navigating thru one they always were helpful

This Geek Squad is just an additional warrantee. You don’t know what could happen. If it happens, then you’re covered. If it doesn’t happen, then you’re still on the good side.

Geek squad is good when you need it. It's nice to have as an option when you have technical issues.

They do show up and keep repairing the tv but should be taken back
