So worth the cost! These guys are true professionals. No way I could have set my TV up without them. Super knowledge about product and what was needed to get the most out of it. Kind, courteous, respectful and extremely patient. Incredible customer service!

Haven’t had to use this, but have faith in my local Geeks who seem to care and know about these tech items. Don’t really like how the prices of these plans keep getting jacked up.

It's a must buy when I purchase any TV. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or any issues associated with the TV. Insurance gives me peace of mind that I am covered for any cracks, TV damage, power source damage if TV will not start, anything really.. It saves me from worrying.

My mom love this offer because in case the television stop working she can get a replacement for the television the wall mount

For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

Bought this tv in Dec. 2000. It was a decent tv at a great price until the screen no longer worked. Geek Squad to the rescue. My tech Josh was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a step by step answer of how to resolve my issue. I couldn't recommend Geek Squad enough and will never go with out it again.

The first tv i got was cracked in the box so i returned it and was able to get a new one. Thanks!

Avoid the hassle and expense of buyi g a new tv. I had two tv fail after 3 years. Both were covered by the 5 year extended warranty and either fixed or replaced without any hassle. I bought a plasma tv 14 years ago and still works without issue. These LEDs are less reliable

I haven’t had to use this yet but I’m hoping it’s as great as the TV is. I’ve had this kind of protection for a laptop and it was very good.

I am hoping I don’t have to use the warranty. Having a minimum of 50 characters. In order to submit the survey is ridiculous. If there’s nothing wrong, I would think you wouldn’t want to have a drawn out explanation. That is annoying.

If you're looking to get a Geek Squad warranty start off with a one or two-year you can always add on. If you start out with the 5-year like I did on my TV spent $380 on it. My TV broke after nine months and I lost for years worth of warranty because it doesn't transfer over to the TV they replace it with so you have to buy a brand new warranty on the new free TV they give you. On my new TV I just got the 2-year and they said they would email me when it's fixing to run out so I can add another two years to it

Best warranty on the market, the geek squad member was vary nice, I couldn't be any happier
