I love the geek squad service if u product got damaged they fix it at not cost so u can be relax

The Geek Squad gives you all the reassurance you need with a new product that IF anything goes wrong, you're covered. Samsung has a good warranty but with the Geek Squad behind you the worries are gone.

I buy from Best Buy even if I have to pay a little more because of their protection plan. I feel more at ease with the geeks than alot of the other retailers, plus the product normally outlast the warranty, but I get it just in case for big ticket items.

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.

This "insurance" plan is a definite must have, especially if you are not especially tech savvy. I have used it numerous times and it provides peace of mind and is reassuring to know that any problem(s) I encounter with tech issues will be handled in an efficient and thorough way.

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! Thank goodness for the warranties makes the process of buying easier knowing you're back up by BB. This warranty protected me and got me a new tv cause my unit became defective.

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

If you are purchasing a high end tv or high end Home theater setup, get this. I am not a believer in protection plans for almost all products , but i have purchased this for Both of my LG tvs and i am so glad i did,. Had issues with burn in on my first LG and Geek Squad was extremely helpful and lived up to the warranty. EXCELLENT< THANK YOU BEST BUY!!!!!
