They do great work and help with all my needs even time I have a question they know the answer even ten years back when I purchased stuff for Best buy they can still help .

The agents are always available they are always very knowledgeable and helpful and if they can't help over the phone they get you in immediately to solve your problems if I could give them a higher rating I would definitely worth the extra money

Worth it especially since appliances are but built to last anymore

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

The entire team from the salesman that helped us pick out our television to the other young ladies with lots of great information of the products sold in the store and our cashiers. Each person was polite and helpful! Due to great service we have returned and purchased a laptop from Best Buy1

This is an amazing TV. The included Alexa feature makes the entertainment experience even better. I can just tell Alexa to turn on the TV without having to go get the remote. The quality of the image is amazing and the sound too.

I was lucky to have purchased the insurance for my tv, otherwise I’d would have had to spend money on a new tv, but after a simple call and an coming to my home I was given clear understanding or what to expect, and given a new tv within a couple days

They are dependable and honest. The weak spot is most everything is sent out for repairs post diagnosis that can't be repaired in house. If parts are available you'll get it done in house as soon possible. Outside with a backlog, it can mean months. Ask the Geek Squad what manufacturer of interest gives the best performance and has the least chance for return when you intend to buy. You can do that with a chat on line.

I Love Thos Geeks So Much it seriously hurts. I offer a tip they say No. They dont use me like some people. The geeks are my true friends and if I ever get married I will invite the geeks to st up my wedding and stay for hourdeverve hour then grab entrées to go after there done setting up the DJ Table and TV / Ice Display.

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

Often and I add geek squad protection to my products. It does add another layer of comfort, knowing that I’m protected for additional length of time. Thank you Best Buy for offering this.

Purchased warranty protection for tv, just in case. Luckily I haven't had to use it. Staff was very helpful with all my questions.

Hope to not need to use it, but peace of mind knowing I have protection in the event I do. I have used GS protection in the past and it was well worth the small up front cost.

Worth having for peace of mind, however with my PS5 purchase experienced the worst of the worst. Had a PS5 failure within three months of the purchase, and because stock is extremely limited the benefit's do not apply. There are no consoles in store to replace them with so you end up relying on the manufacturer to take care of you. Worth buying for items in store, not so much with PS5

I know we bought this protection for a computer that are 7 year old child uses and I've already forgotten I had this plan it's been a year now and had absolutely no issues with my computer. So I'm happy to say I bought this plan for issues but it's funny I've already forgotten about the plan. It just goes to show that Best Buy sells a product that doesn't need a plan. I'm not saying I didn't need the plan I'm saying I bought a good product regardless.
