Thanks for the fine folks at the Florence Best Buy. We have bought so many appliances and TVs and more and we always take the five year warranty. We’ve only had to use the warranty twice over 20+ years. But it’s always nice having peace of mind, if anything does happen.

I am a warranty type of person. I have had to use the geek squad warranty on a previous television. I was really glad that I had it. The IT tried to walk me through a few things and found that the peace that was no longer working was not replaceable so we ended up with a brand new TV. Without the warranty and having access to a service rep, I don’t think we would have known how to fix it. Plus, the fact that they no longer made the part to fix it, we would’ve been out of luck.

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

I always buy protection when being open box items and computer accessories.

Agent handled an exchange with great expertise. Agent Smith was very patient with me and provided options with detailed explanations for my exchange TV.

Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

Good in-store service. Product was unopened and no box damage.

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

Have not had to use them but I am sure they are great.

Geek Squad is also arguably the most polished computer-help service, offering not only online help, but in-store and at-home repair services, too. It's also the least-expensive service I've tested and includes a license for top-notch security software. Geek Squad technicians, on the whole, delivered the best results among the services tested, and they didn't pester me to purchase additional products.

I had the warranty form my 50" TV; first time I've opted for a warranty. Glad I had it. Picture went and they refunded full amount in credit at Best Buy. Purchased a 43" Samsung for bedroom and purchased another warranty. Great service and response from the 'squad.'

I had an issue. The Geek squad came rithe out. Great guy.

Already saved me money. Worked on my TV and found it was not fixable. Sent me a new one and removed myvold TV. Thank you geek squad.
