The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

This is one of the best tv's I have ever bought, Samsung is by far superior to any other Tv brand in the market and purchasing from Best Buy? everything will always go right. Don't forget to use Geek Squad!

Haven't used it on the purchase I just made, but have used them before and the service is great. Will always purchase alongside any big purchase.

Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

Tv arrived ahead of time with fast and friendly service. It's not a surprise, it's the reason I continue to shop with Best Buy.

I'm writing this because LG wouldn't fix my TV that was having ghosting problems , but as soon as the geek squad took a look I got a new TV

Great service came and in a timely manner it was easy to set up and appointment and I didn’t have to wait along time to get one. Once arrived was very respectful tried to fix my tv and saw he could T and instantly put in for me to get a gift card to replace it. I went and picked out my new tv the next day
