I'm on my second TV bought for $2800 first one gave up and was not repairable. This one Geek S replaced main board, one connect box and all cables still not working and now I have been waiting 3 weeks for another part that's on backorder no date given.

I've had a good experience and bad experience. I'm hoping the bad experience is due to covid.

Have not had to use this and hope I don't. I have not had a problem out of the product.

This tv was great when we first got it. After a while the tv started having issues with the power switch. This problem became worse and totally unacceptable. It was still under product warranty so I did get a refund.

Have not used this and I hope not to. However it is great to have considering the investment.

I haven’t had any need for the geek squad at this point unless that is who installed my refrigerator.

you need it for that frick chance you bought a defective item

hasn't really helped much. I've had issues with my tv and they have me doing all the leg work.

Called for TV repair, they said call back in a week. Called back in a week, they said they don't have the part and will have it shipped to the store, and the appointment will be on some date, in the morning. That morning, instead of our appointment, they called to tell us they didn't even have the part. We were NOT called about this the day before... They said they would get the part the next day, and they did. We called and they have the part and now won't come for another week. Moral of the story: unless you want your TV to be fixed a month late, don't buy the warranty.

It was a big purchase, and I usually don't buy these, but I am getting too old to deal with breakdowns. Best feature is in home diagnosis

As we transported our TV with extra care, the TV screen was damaged. We had this TV for less than half a year and expected the warranty to be able to cover this minor mishap but the warranty wouldn't cover this damage. The agent was super respectful and explained the situation on why the warranty won't cover our TV. This warranty is useless and not worth the extra money. I do not recommend buying.

it was a long wait time over an hour all 3 times. They did give me a store credit for purchase price.

Always good to have protection, just to know you product is safe. I always add it to my purchases

I had one of the worst experiences on my life wit Geek squad protection plan on my tv.i understand that the protection plan won't cover broken screen but I had some remaining balance on my protection plan so I call to cancel the protection on my tv they told me I would receive a refund for my plan it's been almost 3 months and still nothing

First tv can broken so I figured I had to spend money in case there was an issue with another.
