I've used Geek Squad in the past. It's good to have when the manufacturer's warranty expires.

Purchase protections plans selectively. When I've had an issue replacement easy.

I’m really not looking forward to bringing my LG OLED tv to geek squad. Because if I do that means something isn’t working properly or it broke. In the past when I did bring something to them that were very friendly And took the time to listen to your problems.

It's a 5 year warenty. my dad had one of these for his TVs so this was a must get. I know if anything goes wrong my tv will be covered.

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

The extended warranty is always a good idea especially when you are dealing with expensive electronics which is all of them, I always get the extended warranty and it has saved me several times, I've had many items that have stood the test of time but with any mass produced products there are always a few issues, most of them are fine but if I end up with a flawed iten the extended warranty means I don't need to worry.

Excellent customer service. Delivery and set up plus removed old set. Knowable technical support and helpful staff. Only complaint is you are on hold for 10-15 to get a Customer service representative and then another 20 minutes to take to Geek Squad which is in an other country like Gatamala. What can we not talk to store?

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

Team manger was very patient with my tv purchase. She ensured all my questions were answered and helped me with my online account to make an in person purchase.
