I've never had any issues with my warranties. I actually recommend Best Buy to everyone for their purchases needs more or less because of how easy it is to utilize the warranty in the event something happens

The geek squad technicians that came to my home to service my tv were very good. However, the customer service on the phone, scheduling (a 12 HOUR WINDOW) and the lack of follow through (being told someone will call me back or email me) from the escalation team and never hearing from anyone. And being told that there must be 3 SERVICE CALLS (not including diagnostic ones) in order for them to replace the broken tv) made this a very bad customer service experience.

Reliable warranty that covers issues no questions asked.

Was looking into buying a TV through Samsung as there protection plan and other offers seemed pretty good, but then looked through Best Buy and the offers with Geek Squad protection seemed just a few points better money and protection-wise. Geek Squad does a good job of servicing any needs or issues.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

Would recommend this to anyone get your extended warranty plan anything can happen to your tv even its brand new it happens to anyone even the new tvs never know what will happen be safe than sorry

We are very happy with our 5-year protection service. The cost was reasonable and the peace of mind is great. The tv was expensive and we are happy we are covered if anything goes wrong.

Helped me just as I needed, was able to replace my TV with a newer version when the backlights blew out.

I recommend the geek squad five year plan, I have used it numerous times and it's great.So I recommend to anyone to get it because it is worth it.

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

I have always trusted Best Buy with and of my electronic purchases. I know if something were to happen they will take care of it with the warranty

This was protection for an Open Box TV. I have already reviewed that TV as excellent and the warranty was not needed. I cannot say I would recommend the service since I did not need to use it but if you are purchasing an open box I guess, like me, you may wish to buy the warranty as it still was cheaper than the full price of a new set.

I always buy the protection when spending nearly 2000 on a tv. Bought the KS9500 and within the first 6 months, the screen displayed a line of dead pixels! Glad I had the protection.

The guys were great!! I do have a question I forgot to ask. Can the solar remote be replaced with a battery remote? 2. Can I buy a solar remote that is bigger? Would appreciate if Matt or Jaime could answer those questions.
