very helpful in helping to exchange item. Only drawback was it was not volunteered to set up equipment weather it would be free or at an added cost and I did not think to ask as prior television was set up by delivery personnel.

My TV was poorly packaged and arrived broken and cracked. One call to the Geek Squad and arrangements were made for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund on the TV and 5 year protection plan.

This is a must for almost every large purchase. They called me to ask if they could deliver early, which is the best. Thank you!

Geek Squad protection is a must. I use to not get it until my son's Bose headphones broke about a month before his Geek Squad warranty was up. He brought it in and got a new pair no questions asked. Saved him over $300.

I always get the Geek Squad protection on major purchases recently used it on an oven that we got 4 years ago and they tried to fix it but ultimately replaced it.

Geek squad is the the best warranty on the market.

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

For the small price, it is a very worthwhile investment. We've use it on other items, and never had a problem. Hope we never need it, but if we do....

Great to have peace and mind you are covered after the factory warranty has expired .BestBuy has great customer service on replacement plans.
