My Geek Squad protection plans, of which I have several is a prime reason why I purchase all of my major and minor appliances from Best Buy. Whenever something goes wrong, which is not often, Geek Squad is there to take care of it. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me piece of mind just in case something happens to my television set after the manufacturer warranty expires. The nice thing about Best Buy protection plans is that Best Buy will come to your house to fix.

If you want to be covered and fell comfortable with your devices protected go ahead.

The Geek Squad arrived and set up our TV and paired all of the devices. They pointed out that our electric outlet wasn't a surge protected device, so they offered a 6 outlet 2 USB low profile home theater to protect our entertainment system. Thanks guys!!

Bought this to protect the electronics in my home. Had to use it once, no questions asked. A tech came to my home and did his job. Unfortunately the TV he was working on was trash and couldn't be fixed. The protection plan covered the tv.

I would have given 5 stars because the protection is good but Best Buy in store customer service tried to make me pay twice for Geek Squad protection if my son hadn't noticed

With having two kids, who broke my last TV, it was a no brainer to go with the 5 year warranty! This will be the last TV I have to purchase for a long time, so I wanted to make sure nothing happens to it in the next 5 years!

We have always added geek squad service warranties to every product that buy. Geek squad has also been very helpful over the years when taking care of any product issues.

wow i was surprise how fast they came and check my tv within weeks they had the parts set up an appointment an came to repair it i told all my friends about it an got it for a peace of mind when u buy electronics so for now on guys dont forget to ad geek squad

If U need the Coverage its comforting knowing that you have five years if the need of repair or replacement arises

When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. As seniors, we are easily confused with how any new technology works. My son talked us in to this TV and surround sound. We would have never been able to get everything up and running without the Geek Squad help. The tech was very patient and showed us how to work everything. We refuse to move it because it works so well!
