I had to utilize Geek Squad when one of my TV’S screen became pixilated. In order to correct the problem it will cost just as much to fix as if you were purchasing another TV. With my protection plan I was able to select another TV or of equal value .

The agent over the phone was very friendly about helping me with my broken tv to replace it with a new one. Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.

You gotta have protection for your products. I understand we have the warranty from Lg tv but, you can never be too safe now a days. That’s the reason I bought the extended protection plan through Best Buy and it’s well worth it

Great warranty feature when something is not your fault. The only thing that does not cover is if its your fault such as dropping something or breaking it on purpose, but sure is helpful with laptops to avoid internal system breaks.

I usually get an extended warranty like this on TVs. I think the price that Bestbuy offers for them and I feel that the coverage makes it a great deal!
