These guys really know what they’re doing. Kind enough to explain how to work the new items I bought. When I bought it I was told the would program my garage door opener to my phone and program my new phone to my car phone.... but they don’t.

I get this protection for most items above 100 dollars and it delivers when things go horribly wrong.

I have not had to use Geek Squad for my product, but it is nice know that it is there if I need it!

Got my LG C7 replaced with the newest version, the C9. Geek squad said since they couldn't get the parts in time to fix my old TV they would upgraded to the newest version. Fast and easy.

I highly recommend purchasing the in-store warranty because 1: it's longer by 1 year than the manufacturer's warranty and 2: it saves you the hassle of sending it out to the manufacturer. Just take it into the store and they'll replace it.

perfect protection at a great price for a tv. I'm very confident that there will be no problems should I have to use it.

I really like there extended warranty you will think don't need until your electronics break and you check that you still have warranty and you just replace it and buy another extended warranty

geek squad are very helpful . i ask them about . thing's . they are so helpful.

As you may know, Simply, GET IT! For a small (relatively) fee, this can save you from having to, at the least, wait for an eternity to get your phone back! Just fix/replace it.
