I WOULD ALWAYS purchase protection and very happy I did when I purchased my original television the coverage has just replaced.

I’ve never had to use this service and hope I never do which is why I buy Samsung products.

Excellent service provider with Geeks Squad production

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

The Geek squad provides excellent warranty coverage for electronics.

Did not need to use this but having Geek Squad in my back pocket is a lifesaver

I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without getting their Geek Squad, Total Tech. They have always stood behind everything i have bought.

They were very helpful. Figured out the problem quickly and returned for a new tv.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

The support team is so quick and caring and follow up to make sure everything is good and the problems resolved.

This was a great starting surround sound. I have not had any issues until recently with the sound sounding a bit off but overall a great surround sound.
