The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

Ive used geek squad before and will definitely use it again. Any issues i have they are very informative and nice. I can get confused sometimes but they are very patient with my lack of knowledge.

Glad that I got geek squad because anything that I never had a warranty on for usually goes out but I have had my TV for a while no problem so I hope it not any problems but if I do I have the crap

I have gotten this before on previous TV's & it was very handy when one of them lost video rather early in it's usage. They were unable to repair it so I received a new TV in replacement.

I know that I will get service or replacement on my product with no hassle,

I have always had Geek Squad protection and it always paid for itself with the professional service they provided

They had delivered the TV safely and without any damage

I haven't had to use it yet because the product is new/working beautifully. However, I love that the option is there and it really helped to "seal the deal" for me. Feels great to have the security.
