I bought a LG Oled65c6p curved tv and got rewards on my Best Buy credit card. So I was able to use the rewards to purchase a two year geek squad protection plan. I am quite pleased with knowing I will have my tv protected for two years without paying out of pocket.

I had a protection plan before on multiple products and best buy was very easy and informative on responsive or replacement. This is s new protection plan for a replaced TV from my last protectioprotection plan. Thank you Best Buy on making it easy

I always get the extender warranty it keeps me protected and gives me piece of mind. First time I bought it 20yrs ago I needed it had it. Never been without it since. Best buy protection rocks.

Great if your tv goes out bad if it doesn't lol wish it covered more like if the software becomes buggy over time after updates but sadly it doesn't

If anyone is purchasing any electronic device, you must buy the extra warranty. Products are not made like they use to be. After having a tv for 4 years and it is completely dead now, I wish I would have bought the 5 year plan. Dont be like me, make sure you are covered.

For the price you can't go wrong. These smart TVs seem to have too many intricacies not to get the 5 year plan. Price was great.

The Geek Squad offers you valuable product protection either in person or on line. They are always accessible on line and can answer and solve many problem on line. Also, their in house service is very fast and the employees are very professional.

Happy I added this protection to my LG OLED TV. It just provides me peace of mind, in case something happens to my tv. Worth it when you have a higher end tv.

Our Tv wouldn’t power on. We had only had it less than 2 years. Geek Squad came out & had to order a part. Waited a week for them to come out to fix the part, but it didn’t work. Got a new TV a few days later! Took about 2 weeks but it was fully covered.

I love the Geek Squad and the services they provide. Whether in the store or on the phone they are helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Great service.

Without this, I would have needed to purchase a replacement. I love the service that I get. The only negative is that it takes a long time to get the repairs, done, but the quality of the repairs is good.

The installers were amazing and passionate about what they do. They showed me features that I didn't even know I had. They took the time to explain how my product worked and who to call if I had any issues.

I have not had to use the geek squad service this year but my experience in the past has been excellent. I would recommend for peace of mind on all electronic and appliance purchases!
