It's simple...electronics can fail...no matter what you pay for them so why not buy protection that covers it all (for the most part). I would buy electronics of any kind without this protection!! It's insurance.

This protection plan covers burn in on oleds would definitely recommend!

I think it's worth the money on purchases such as a nintendo switch, tv, sound systems, and computers. I don't buy it on pretty easily replaceable items.

Love that i can call and do most troubleshooting over phone. If not they will come to me. Only thing about in home service is I wish the service window time was shorter.

Always protest your purchases with a warranty it’s best to cover in the event of something happening

My 65" Sony TV wouldn't turn on. Called Best Buy. Geek Squad worked on it and fixed within an hour. No issues since. They were very professional and friendly.

I haven't had to use this with my TV that I bought it for, but have used it in the past on others. Much better service and coverage than the manufacturer's warranty.

I am confident in the Geek Squad to meet my service needs. They have always been there to quickly solve my problems.

we have had to use our protection, it was worth getting, when they couldn't fix our old TV we got a new one Love that about the service

I always get this protection wjen buying electronics. Best buy geek squad has t let me down yet. And I've been using them for years. Got this for my Chrim cast TV.

I get the 5 year Geek Squad service on any expensive thing I buy, as LG OLED (2 of them) and other tvs and items bought.

Luckily I haven't had to use this yet, but I am confident that if I do, I will get great service like I have before in the past with Geek Squad Service.
