Gotta get GSP on all purchases! Worth the extra money to repair or replace items!

Great tv, it is very clear and i love it on the wall.

I purchased this Geek squad protection for 2 years. All has gone well with my unit so I have not had any reason to use the service. Just Protection so far.

The warranty is great any problems you have they will either help you over the phone or send someone out to fix the issue

The warranty is great i use it in the past and they are top-notch. I wouldn't leave out the store with out it.

Normally don't buy such service for TVs but did some research and good to cover gaps in warranty like bad pixels, etc. Worthwhile investment.

With every purchase I make at Best Buy I always get the Geek Squad protection. For me it has paid off several times and without it, it would have cost me near a thousand dollars for necessary repairs

Normally, I don't buy "insurance" on large purchases, but it seemed reasonable with such a high-tech item that would cost a lot more to replace it than it cost me when I bought it on sale!

I have not had to utilize this yet (thankfully). This does provide a sense of security and hopefully will be worth the additional cost if an issue arises.

I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

You can never go wrong with getting a GSP for 5 years. You never know when you can have an issue on your QLED.

No one truly appreciates a Geek Squad Warranty until you have a problem and have just a factory warranty. With this, no need to save original packaging. Replaces your electronic with a New Unit!

Definitely worth getting the warranty package. We had the same TV blow out on us from another store after 3 Months. Without the protection plan from here, if this happens again, we are out of luck.

I have not ever needed to use this protection. In my opinion, I rather have peace of mind than wish I did and have to pay for repairs.

Love Geek Squad service plans they have always done me well. I just wish they were a little cheaper like they were before. Some plans have gotten quite high compared to other stores with the same item.
