Great piece of mind. I have had to the use Geek Squad on several occasions and it has always been a positive experience. I cannot imagine buying an electronic device from Best Buy without Geek Squad protection.

TV installed efficiently and at my appointment time.

Had to return a tv. They were great. When they couldn’t fix the issue we got credit for a new one. The warranty is awesome Staff is WONDERFUL and knowledgeable

This squad is amazing. If you have any problems they fix it. And they do it in a timely manner. They are respectful, and very knowledgeable.

Haven't got a chance to use it so far but I hope i may not need to use it as the TV is of good quality, let us see what happens, but it is a good insurance policy to have this as it is pretty cheap when compared to the coverage

120 bucks for a 5 year warranty is a good investment. If they cannot fix the TV, after sending someone to your house to fix it, they will replace it at no cost. If it lasts longer than 5 years, then that's kudos to a quality TV. Well worth it.

So this is the second time I've purchased the extended warranty. It as already paid itself with another purchase I made that broke. So I don't think for the cost f the warranty that anyone can go wrong with it.
