Had a 65 in tv and used this program, they made it really simple to get a replacement tv and newer model.

My previous TV (different brand and purchased elsewhere) died unexpectedly after two years and I was operating on a tight budget, so I thought that I would insure this one. You know , if you are superstitious, the best way to guarantee trouble-free service from your device is to buy service protection - but either way you are covered.

So I didn’t get to use them. But I know they would have had my back if I did!

Thankfully, i haven’t had to use this yet, but it gives me a lot of peace of mind to have it. With the newer TVs being so large complicated, it’s great to know the Geek Squad will come to troubleshoot any issues and provide support.

Must have for big purchases. I wouldn't buy a TV without this.

Kids broke my computer twice thankfully i was able to get it fixed..sime and easy to do.

I got insurance, it was a great deal. 5 years. It’s worth it.

Haven't hd to have it but always get warranty with geek squad. Just dont like phone warranty. Want extra money to replace product. $250 more even with a $13 a month payment for plan

I always buy the protection plan with my electronics. Best Buy honors them well and they are a good price for the protection. I've had to use them a couple of times over the years.

Had to use this once and I’m glad I had it. Was a easy fix but I wouldn’t have known that.

I purchased the Geek Squad but I didn't need them because my Tv had no issues Amen

It is always good to have protection! Especially with a high value item.

If I didn’t have a warranty on my 1st television, I would’ve been out of my money and the tv. It died out, don’t know why. Thanks to the protection plan, which I’ll renewal before it expires, I was able to get another tv.

Geek squad is a very good Insuranse, and case any complaint is easy and quick to communicate

My daughter’s tv stopped working and it was no problem refunding some money because it couldn’t be fixed.

I purchased the 5 year protection plan for my new Sony TV just because these newer sets are actually computers....too much that can go wrong. Though it states 5 years, it's really only 4 years because the first year is under the manufacturer warranty. Save the box! I had a 5 year extended warranty on my last tv and it broke in the sixth year.
