Geek squad is the best protection to get in my opinion! In my opinion it’s piece of mind knowing if it breaks down you are covered! In my it is worth purchasing.

Had problems with my electronics purchases in the past and having this warranty has allowed me to easily replace the item.

Haven't had to use this plan, but the peace of mind was worth it. My last tv, a Sony, was unrepairable after only 2 1/2 years with no protection plan.

Decent price, works well in my bedroom. Only thing I disliked was that i can not downlod hulu on it…

I've only had to use this service once. I called the help desk and they were actually able to fix my issue over the phone. I didn't have to pack up and bring to store. Excellent!

We have always purchased the geek squad warranty on everything we have purchased with best buy. The plan has proven time and time again to be so worth every penny and every person we have ever had out has been very knowledgable

We hope to never use this service but the price made sense for 5 years of protection especially since the TV we were replacing was only 4 years old.

Purchased with new Samsung 43" LED TV. Worth the money since the TV died after 2 1/2 years. Geek Squad service/diagnosis and replacement was easy.

I highly recommend the geek squad. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I had issues with a new stove and they did there best to fix my issues as soon as possible.

I feel more secure in my purchase knowing I have a 24/7 tech support. For those of us less savvy in tech , the Geek Squad is an excellent source to help navigate you thru .
