I bought the 5 year warranty and well worth it. My tv started acting up the last year of the warranty and I called best buy and they quickly brought me a brand new tv.

I bought the Geek Squad service plan for my new Insignia 55" 4K Roku TV. Modern electronics don't seem to last as long as they used to (the TV that this one replaced was a Panasonic 32" that served me well for 15 years). Hope I won't have to use it, but I thought it was reasonable insurance.

Geek Quad protection is very good warranty and helpful people with any issue, I purchased this additional with every purchase I buy when available,

The quality of equipment really interferes with geek squad interaction. Since initial instal and set up they’ve been great in answering questions and troubleshooting

Glad I got the protection because I blew a fuse about a month after getting it and it got fixed fairly fast.

I like it have had no problems love it so much no dislikes here

Very great tv clear sounds quality as well you wont go wrong affordable

If my nephew breaks his printer than I won't be out the money to get him another one. If he is like the rest of his family this will be money well spent.

Hopefully won’t need this, but what a great deal to protect your investment.

Very good service to have. I know that if I have a problem that it will get fixed. They have prompt service.

Get the protection plan because within a 5 years if anything goes wrong you can take it back or they might replace it depends on the conditions. If not you're screwed

I hope I don't have to use it but if I do it will be worth it. I have used geek squad protection before and it has been very good.

I bought this protection plan for my TV and had to have the service come out to my house the best decision I ever made always protect your electronics

My tv screen went out they was awesome coming out and fixing it

we have had to use our protection, it was worth getting, when they couldn't fix our old TV we got a new one Love that about the service

This protection is by far the best way to protect our computer.

Thought the price was reasonable for five years of protection. Good to have and glad that I got it. Highly recommended for peace of mind.

The plan is okay. I wish it covered more. Beware that if they do not make or carry your device anymore, you have to get something comparable and if they don't have something comparable, you'll have to pay the difference for an upgrade.
