I have had to use the warranty on a camera and 2 laptops. BestBuy just replaced them, with very little inconvenience or hassle. So, I purchased the warranty on our most recent purchase, a Samsung TV--just in case.

Price is high but still way less than replacing full unit at full price Complete piece of mine

I feel this protection plan was a little bit high for 5 years. But having experienced sound quality issues with tv purchase within the first year, I feel that I made the right choice of buying a protection plan!

Geek squad always has my back!! Even when it itches really bad! but seriously, they fix everything! My pc needed ram one time and they rammed it up!!

Bought this for my moms tv just in case. Love geek squad very knowledgeable and if your product can’t be fixed and needs replacement no problem

I learned my least with my son hitting the screen of the TV. You must get protection on your TVs they are like the old school TVs that would last forever

I haven't had to use this service contract yet but have been happy with the service contracts for my washer/dryer and oven, so I expect things to go smoothly if I have issues with the tv.

Great Purchase I have used this plan before. It Delivers just what it says it will do. If they can’t fix it they will replace it.

I love that Geek squad is easily accessible. I haven't had an issue yet with my current device. I have used them in the past and they have been great.

Protection plan is worth it and it covers everything. I just learned any TV over 42' they come to your house. Highly recommend.

Peace of mind is priceless. Always better to be safe than sorry. Worth the protection in my opinion.

What I do not like about the warranty is that once you use it, you no longer have the warranty in effect. For example, I bought a 3 year warranty on a microwave. It died in 18 months. That's it! Warranty over. I paid for 3 years for the remaining 18 months was non transferable.

An absolute no brainer to protect your precious investment. I highly recommend it!
