Checked tv advised me to ask for a return due to bad a power board

Thankfully haven't needed, but for a few extra bucks, it's better than buying the product twice.

The geek squad agents are courteous and understanding. Not pretentious at all even helped me understand in non tech savvy terms what my issues were

Had to have Geek Squad come out to help hook up the new Smart TV wth Cable and Samsun Soundbar, turns out everthing was hooked up wrong and now everything works with the Cable remote. Glad I bought coverage.

Got this for my LG CX. It's worth every penny just knowing that I have it for such a big purchase.

The delivery guys were great and very courteous and clean. I could not tell that they entered my home to delivery my TV.

I love geek squad and will not buy anything without it. I won't even let members of my family buy anything without geek squad. Don't be a fool, don't go in my pool and don't ever buy without geek squad protection.!!!

A nice addition with the standard manufacturer warranty. Decent price point of plans. A definite plus that supplies a peace of mind.

I was worried about hiw fragile the tv was super light and thin. So far as so good.

Have used Geek Squad before and been very pleased. They did the install for my new 75' TV and were great, yet again.

I didn't keep the TV so I was refunded, and it went to the next TV I bought. Oh, I would suggest getting the 2 yr protection plan, it's cheaper than the 5 yr plan and when its time to renew, it is MUCH cheaper!

My Tv is very good whit all service and app, so enjoy every day
