So far so good, seems like my TV is well protected as I have had this before!!

Knock on wood, but I didn't need it yet. Great for an extra piece of mind for higher end electronics and better than the manufacturers warranty. Would recommend this investment to everyone.

The protection replacement plan at Best Buy is probably the best one out there. No issues or problems to getting your item replaced. Worth it!!

Well, I purchased this just in case. Have not needed to use it and really don't expect to use it.

Amazing picture but breaks really easily. The cat knocked over the tv and it barely hit anything and the screen busted. My daughter had caught it before it hit the ground.

I had a issue with the television and the Geek squad came right out and fixed the issue and had great customer service. Thanks Geek Squad

I haven't had to use geek squad yet, but after researching and asking around the decision to add the extra warranty was a no brainer.

Always need some back up, I think the value isn’t always there for the amount of time your covered but better than no coverage.

Haven’t had to use them yet, but saved enough money on TV that I could afford 5 year warranty. Hopefully I won’t have any issues.

As I have said before, get the protection plan! Huge convenience factor if you need it! Best Buy. And great geek squad service!
