Excellent price for 5 years of protection against any situation

I have not needed them but they have been there for any questions i have.

In today's complex electronic world, I wanted the protection and a hassle-free way to deal with the problems we experience from time to time. I haven't had to use it yet, but it brings me comfort to know I can get help when I need it.

This TV has the greatest picture and really sounds great - even when you turn the volume up high. It was very easy to mount on the wall.

Great Service! Delivered on Time! Met my Expectations!

Was not too difficult to get the old TV looked at and the report submitted for review. The answer to replace came within a few hours. It was too expensive to have the Geek Squad just hang it on the wall so I choose to just have the delivery and haul away done as outlined in the warranty. However, I was never told that I was responsible for taking down the old TV from the wall. This caused over a 3 week delay in finding someone who could take the old one down and replace it with the new one. This cost me more money that I should not have spent other than installing the new one since I had the Warranty. This was on top of waiting over 3 months of getting this resolved due to the suspension of home visits.

Geek Squad. Ive worked with these people since they opened in North Mpls . When they came on the scene they had a fleet of black and white VW Bugs with their logo on the side . Everyone from the thugs on the street to the Excutives on the top Love these Nerds . Always polite and courteous and for the older crowd trying to learn very very patient . I will work with these people until the end of time.
