The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

Here’s the thing with geek squad protection. They will take care of you. Fix or exchange. Easy for me every time I’ve had an issue

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

Owning an LG C9 oled tv and being able to have the peace of mind of not worrying about screen burn in is truly an amazing thing. I have a 1 year old daughter and not worry about her as she grows up making a mistake and something happening to the tv is awesome as well. It’s well worth the money,p. Just stop being cheap and enjoy the peace of mind a geek squad warranty comes with!

GeekSquad has always been a great additional service offered by BestBuy. One of the reasons I always check BestBuy first!

Hopefully it never gets used but for the peace of mind it’s definitely worth its weight in gold

I am very thankful that I had a two year warranty because I needed to use it and it enabled me to get another TV

I always practice what I preach. That is, when buying electronics or appliances always purchase an extended warranty. It's worth the investment. Get it for the maximum time that Best Buy offers. You won't regret it. At least I haven't yet. I had a lot of items go down but with that extended warranty, I would just call and the problem would be solved quickly.

Had ethernet problems with a TV on the 5 year plan. Geek squad couldn't solve issue on the phone. The rep made an appointment for Geek squad to come out and fix it. In the mean time I reset the TV numerous times and it started working, so I canceled the appointment. I'm giving them 5 stars because the rep on the phone was pretty helpful and set me an appointment right away.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

I hope I never have to use it, but I'd still highly recommend it. I bought this with a big screen television, mainly because if something does happen, they (Geek Squad) will come to you to repair it, rather than having to lug it back into the store. That's worth everything it costs and more.

I would always recommend the protection. You never know when you will need it!
