The agents helped with my return of my tv due to a crack in the screen.

Purchased this additional warranty support contract to cover the item purchased with it. Always good to have a backup plan if there are any unforeseen issues with the technology.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

I haven't had a need to use it yet, but definitely would recommend just for peace of mind when purchasing anything tech-wise

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

Would not purchase anything without it. But of course i hope i never have to use it! But it's nice to know my back is covered.

I have not had to actually take advantage of this service. But I hope to have no issues when the need arises. I read prior reviews before my purchase which stated they were given a hard time because they didn't have the original packaging. So because of that warning I have stored my packing away along with my original receipt. You can never be too careful....

This is reassuring to have. The Geek Squad mounted my TV on the wall. I had to have the TV replaced this year and that was covered. It makes my life less stressful to have it.

Thank God I have not had to use the insurance but on other occasions I have used it with other items and it has been a blessing

This only cost $20 and since replacing it would cost a lot more than the original price of my open-box, on-sale TV, I figured it was worth it. I don't usually add this type of insurance, but for an open box TV, it seemed reasonable. I would recommend this to someone who also got an open box or a refurbished TV to be on the safe side!

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.
