Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.

Includes burn in protection, 5 years is great for early oled tech that still have a small risk of burn in. I’ll be fully utilizing this if any burn in or dead pixels arise.

I have opted to take additional Geek Squad Protection on most appliances. A few years ago I bought a dishwasher that kept breaking down. Thankfully the Protection plan made it simple to get it fixed. And after the third problem, they replaced the unit without any hassle. The protection plan more than paid for itself.

We were smart this time and got the protection plan. We have gone through several TVs. We have kids and now I can relax knowing if another lego goes through my tv I’m not gonna stress out about it will be protected.

Good to have this, when needing answers to questions. Generally speaking, Geek squad people are very helpful. I have run into a few that were unable to answer questions, that I later found out were pretty common sense. Every one has different skill levels.

Geek squad has been extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my TV. Honestly, you don’t realize how much you need their expertise until you need it. Very happy with my experience. Highly recommend.
