A great protection plan from geek squad one of the best

This is an item that is hard to review, if the product is great you’ll never need the support. If you have a problem that’s when you need the support, my experience in the past has always been good.

The PIR like a Plinko chip. Had many, cannot recall an electronic s use but they did fix a Samsung Fridge......weird door hinge stuff..BB geeks did fix it in a few stops finally.

My previous TV had a problem in less than 2 years. The manufacturer only covered 1 year. Trying to get it repaired was too expensive. This 5 year protection plan is worth it in case something goes wrong.

I would recommend this to all to take this option…

Came when promised. Professional, courteous and really helpful. Understood problem and my limits and solved problem, actually more than one, quickly and effectively. made sure I understood what was going on. left me with smiles and gratitude.

The geek squad protection is definitely a very good investment if ur spending over $500 to get on product. They are friendly and easy to understand when you call on them for help on product.

I’ve always purchased the geek squad protection plan. I did end up using it on my previous tv and it was a life saver. So if you want some peace of mind I’d buy it
