This saved my butt when my 65” LG CX OLED TV had a row of pixels go out. Basically got a brand new tv bc of it.

Very knowledgeable and helpful representative and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need.

Haven't had any issues to have Geek squad intervene but thankful I have them on deck just in case

What can I say? Always purchase a Protection Plan when spending money on electronics that costs hundreds or thousands of dollars. You'll never know when a defect may unexpectedly happen.

Remotes can go out etc etc. It's piece of mind. Power surges can kill a tv so...

The geek squad five your product protection plan is a must for all new purchases. A very reasonable price for a five-year product protection plan. It's wonderful to know that your product is protected under this plan for the next five years. No worries.

I purchased the protection plan for my new TV. I used the old protection plan for the old TV. Best Buy gave me credit for the broken TV and I was able to purchased a new one.

I have enjoyed the tv besides it does not hook up to an antenna

I would always recommend purchasing a warranty when buying anything that is electronic such as a television, surround sound system. This warranty is the protection when you Ned it.

Geek Squad protection is not needed for all purchases, but when needed on big ticket items or highly used items such as tvs and smart phones, it is the only way to go. We have needed it and used it several times and the Geek Squad has always through.

The cost factor and piece of mind you get when buying 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection should be a no brainer in this just throw it out world.

When it comes to TV's and laptops, I always get a two year warranty because you just never know with technology when they will go bad. I had a TV two years ago that the remote went bad after three months of ownership. This plan gave me a replacement remote. Thankfully I have not had a TV or laptop go bad on me. But this gives me peace of mind.

I haven't had to use it yet but am happy to know that I won't have to lug my 65" TV in for repair if needed. Best buy will come to my place! I like the fact that power surges are covered.

For the bigger purchases I have always used the Geek Squad for delivery, always reliable and courteous.
