We always try to purchase the Geek Squad protection for all our purchases. We feel better that our products are covered against more incidents other than factory limited warranties.

Have contacted yet te this purchase but have used them in past…they’re great.

I always recommend getting the extended warranty through Best Buy, that way you can take the product to a Best Buy if you have any issues, instead of dealing with the manufacturer.

I haven't had to use this warranty yet. But it gives you a safe feeling knowing if something goes wrong. If you ever drive what it cost to fix a flat screen tv, you will be shocked.

i thing those kind of warranty extensions are always useful..my tv burned at house at fire i could not get money back but, they refund the money from protection ..not full amount but for one year usage i did get $75 back..fine

Purchased the Geek Squad protection plan with my new 55' 4K TV. I had the same program on my previous TV and highly recommend it. Best money I ever spent. 5 years of piece of mind

the Geek Squad always gives me good service when they show up. My only problem with them is that it is such a long wait for service appointments. And I get anxious waiting.

I do no like the price and you are better off get square trade from Costco or any other warranty service. However, their service is convenient so it is up to you if the price is worth it

Havent had to use them yet but definitely love the products i have protected!

Just in case the screen cracks as things have been known to fly at the tv occassionaly.

bring in any electronic and they’ll try to troubleshoot your problem. 100% worth it

My last TV died after 2 years. So with my new 75” Samsung tv purchase, I had to get the 5 year protection. Best Buy gave me a deal on the service plan to ensure I was covered. It is a lot but cheaper than buying a new TV.

I was able to get a 5 year warranty on an open box TV at the time of online purchase which thankfully I did because the in store rep told me this isn't even offered when purchased in store. Great deal for those that know to get it at the time of purchase!

this might be good if something goes wrong...hope we don't need it. This was purchased because I made a mistake elsewhere and didn't purchase a plan. Then when needed didn't have it.

A very knowledgeable in the set up of the computer system and explained everything that was necessary. could not ask for a better set up person.

i purchased a new TV. I needed to have it delivered and installed. By purchasing this it was more economical then paying for delivery and installation. Installation was great.
