I won’t buy a high $ product from Best Buy without geek squad protection. It’s peace of mind insurance that if your item fails that Best Buy will take care of it or replace it.

Why wouldn’t you get this for your TV? 5 years is a long time and this plan covers burn in. Worth it.

A must have investment on all BB products, electronics, wearables etc. Without that, you should order from Staples or other brands. The beauty of BB is Geek Squad.

I like having geek squad, for the most part it has been great, I did have a problem with my laptop, brought it in, they sent it out to be fixed. They also charged me because they said the problem it had wasn't covered under my protection plan, but when I got it back, it still wasn't fixed, so basically I went with no computer for almost a month.

Great TV. That kind of stinks. Apps load fast. Good picture in bright or dim rooms. My only real minus would be that it's Ethernet is only 10/100.

I hope I will never need it but I'm super happy I was able to purchase this protection for our tv.

Usually I always recommend these plans but if you mount the TV, you probably don’t need one. This plan also doesn’t cover punctures to the screen. Think twice about buying because a Samsung tv is usually very high quality

Always buy extended warranty for electronics, now days expect 2 -3 of working service after that extended warranty will cove you and you will be happy you bought it.

Invested hundreds of dollars to get this tv. For a few dollars more, I’m protecting my tv in case of future issues.

Geek Squad Services are recommended especially for large UHDTVs. I enjoy the service in Culver City because they do stand behind their product in case the item breaks or is damaged in some way, and it's very much recommended. I would say get the five year plans if you can afford it since it does get costly when you purchase only the two year plans.

Geek Squad is awesome. Always there to help you. The techs are nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend getting Geek Squad warranty protection.

I say it's it's a must have because you never know when your item wants to act up it can be the first week of the last day on your 5 year plan best buy will always fix it or just replace it then you get another 5 year plan on your new item again
