I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

So far I have not used them for this product. But I have used them before and yhe service was good. But it is just as a back up to buy the 5 year protection just in case.

I did some research and settled on the Samsung TV. Had great picture quality, and good service life. When I got it home was easy to set up. great picture quality and good features. I love that it is a smart TV apps built into the TV.

Geek Squad 5 Year Protection Plans pay for themselves in the long run

Absolute must have. In case anything happens to your product, they will take care of it. If you do not get Geek Squad service, you are definitely missing out.

I have yet to utilize this service but it feels good to know that my OLED tv will last longer due to them

Geek squad protection plans are second to none! I can’t tell you how many times they’ve had my back and I’ve gotten new TVs in exchange because the part wasn’t found. Well worth the money, highly recommended!

Usually don't buy warranties but like the fact they will fix or replace. Hopefully won't have to use it.

I've bought other warranties that make it so complicated that you give up trying to file it. Geek squad makes exchanging a damaged product so easy to exchange or replace. I prefer to pay a little more to get the geek squad warranty

I'm glad I purchased the extended protection. I usually purchase a extended protection when I make a major purchase. It is a good idea if you can afford the extra money.

Quick setup and makes the tv sound 100% better. Big improvement to the sound. I would definitely recommend.

Bought warranty after my my old tv went out to lightning strike only like 30 bucks more to buy buy longer warranty

I can wait to use it. I got it because my last mess up with in a year and there was nothing I could do about it. This for backup

It is always good to have protection! Especially with a high value item.

Major purchases always get the the Geek Squad Protection. You never know what may happen, but this gives me a sense of comfort.

Must need if you have nephews that break stuff. I would recommend it to do so

Love these guys. Have always helped me with advice on installation and gave me delivery options that best suited my schedulle.
