I have not had a need to use the Geek Squad Warranty. i wish i had purchased for my previous TV though. That one had issues around year 4.

Purchased the 5 year Geek Squad warranty after having a LG go out on me after 15 months (3 past the factory warranty) mother board would have cost me more than I paid for the tv. Although I hope I don't have to use this.

I pretty much always get Geek Squad as you never know what's going to happen and it's easier than dealing with the manufacturer.

What can you say about a warranty. If you don’t like broken electronics it’s always nice to get a warranty so the repair is a fraction of the cost

This warranty is very beneficial because if something were to happen , for example water damage the the tv. If they can't fix it then they will replace it with a new one. It's good especially if you have kids and they play with the electronics.

I will always recommend Geek Squad for the ease and the comfort of knowing my products are covered.

Haven’t used to Geek Squad yet haven’t had to. Daughter set it up to Alexa to turn on & off. Go to selected channels.

The extra cost of the Geek Squad Protection Plan is worth the added expense!

I haven’t used this service yet but I’m happy I purchased it. There’s nothing more frustrating that finding a repairman. With the geek squad I know I’ll be satisfied.

They were very helpful in explaining how to work the tv and they were also very kind. Very glad I added the geek squad protection plan. I will be recommending to others.

They cover everything except accidental damage. Understandable for their risk involved but this as is is still a good value. $80 for 5 years extended manufacturers warranty is still great. If they can't fix it then they will replace it.

Great service but schedule takes too long.. hire people!
