I purchased the 5-year plan for my open box 43" LG 4K television. always buy the additional warranty because I believe that you can never have too much protection.

Bought a new Insignia TV for my daughter's grad gift and added Geek protection. Happy I made the investment and although she hasn't had to use it yet it's the security of replacement and repair that counts!

Bought the extra 5 years of protection for a very reasonable price (less than one repair on a damaged TV). I specifically bought the TV from Best Buy because of their local Geek Squad protection. The extended warranty was significantly cheaper than any online site I researched.

To me Geek Squad Protection is a must have. I want to know that if something goes wrong with my products that it will be fixed. I don't know much about computers so this purchase gives me peace of mind.

It’s always standard to get a protection plan for a new television or computer. It gives me a piece of mind to know it’s there when you need it.

I purchased the Geek Squad protection for A tablet and the charge port was damaged I called the asked me to come in and replace that with no questions asked quick knowledgeable prompt service.

I usually get this service with my electronic, I have use this service twice never had any issues as of yet. Quick service !! Recommended

I like to buy replacement or protection plans in case of those oops moments or hardware failure. I haven’t had to use it and hopefully I won’t have to.

This is a great service, well, when you can get someone. It goes either way so it's hard to say. Seems when you get someone to help you that is good, they are very good, but when you get that other guy...doesnt go so well.

Had this for my old tv and after two years my tv started acting up and needed to be replaced. So I would definitely recommend getting this with your purchase.
